1. Who processes your data

The data controller is Tereza Hnídková, owner of the Ink_ognito bespoke tattoo studio (Plzeň / Šumava region, Czechia), website ink-ognito.cz.

2. What data I process and why

I collect data only from you, when you fill in the booking form on the website. I don't obtain it elsewhere and I don't buy it.

Data from the form

• Required: name and e-mail — so I can get back to you.
• Optional: phone, tattoo style, body placement, approximate size, your idea, preferred date and a reference image — these help me prepare the consultation and design.

Purpose

Handling your enquiry, arranging a non-binding consultation and a date, and communicating about your tattoo. I don't use the data for automated decision-making or profiling, and I don't send you unsolicited marketing.

3. Legal basis

• Steps prior to entering a contract at your request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. By submitting the form you ask me to respond to your enquiry.
• Your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — for the optional fields and the reference image you provide voluntarily. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. How long I keep your data

I keep your data for the time needed to handle your enquiry and our communication. If the enquiry doesn't lead to cooperation, I delete it no later than 12 months after the last communication. You can ask me for earlier deletion at any time.

5. Who I share data with

I don't share your data with anyone for their own marketing. I only use the following service providers your message technically passes through:

• Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA) — website hosting and receipt of submitted forms. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google (Google Ireland Ltd.) — Gmail, where I receive the e-mail notification of your enquiry.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking tools. For its appearance it loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address in the process.

7. Your rights

In relation to your data you have the right to:

• access and a copy of the data,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
